Mr. Ismail Unwala has an impeccable track-record of about 40 years in the Retail and Customer Service Industry. He has worked with the pioneers of the Retail Revolution in India M/s Akbarallys Chain of Department Stores for 40 years in various capacities such as Store In-charge, Merchandizing In-charge, Sales Promotion, Consumer Schemes, Customer Complaints Handling, In-charge of Corporate Sales, etc. He has also played a vital role in promotion of Corporate Sales and Seasonal Gift items. He has managed large retail showrooms in Mumbai.

He has been instrumental in developing Customer development and Brand promotion programmes and has closely interacted with customers and suppliers of diverse nature. Mr. Ismail Unwala has won several awards and recognition such as “The Best Performing Sales Person”, “Longest Service” and such other distinctions from the Akbarallys Chain of Department Stores.

Mrs. Rizwana Unwala is a Commerce Graduate and holds a Diploma in Interior Designing. She has served Educational Institutions and NGOs in the capacity of a Trainer/Teacher. She has also provided Creative Arts to leading Retail Shops in Mumbai. She would introduce the shopping perspectives of a Home Maker and Customer in the service delivery tests.
